Responder Keywords

Responder keywords are generally used for responding to subscribers requests for information or for couponing. They do not change the status of a subscriber and act sort of as a one request gets one message.

Opt-in Keywords

An opt-in keyword is utilized to opt-in mobile subscribers to recurring messaging from a particular store. This keyword, when initiated by the mobile subscriber, does change their respective status to opted-in. 2-Way messaging can now occur between the store and the subscriber.
